So here’s what you need to know: I’ve got Louisiana in my blood, booze on the brain and a gnarly beard on my face. Finding new wines, cool beers, great whiskey and killer cocktails in my northwest corner of Louisiana is kinda my thing. Being obsessive and nerdy about the most delicious things in life is why I’m here.

I am the Beverage Director for Cadre Hospitality Group(Wine Country Bistro & Bottle Shops, Zocolo, Southern Fork Catering) and we specialize in Southern Hospitality.
